The Licensed Clinical Director advances the quality of our person-centered services across our residential programs – shaping the agency’s clinical standards and practices, guiding behavioral health initiatives, and promoting consistent, high-quality outcomes for our individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role partners closely with executive leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure services remain responsive, collaborative, and aligned with the evolving needs of the communities we serve.

The Medical Coordinator helps keep quality healthcare organized and accessible – acting as the liaison between our clinical and residential teams by supporting appointments, medical documentation, provider communication, and the continuity of care.

The Residence Manager provides strategic oversight and organizational advocacy for both their team and their program. They are in charge of long-term planning, allocating resources, and overseeing the overall operations of their program.
