The Assistant Residence Manager oversees daily operations and often acts as the point of communication between residence staff and management. They are in charge of staff supervision and making time-sensitive decisions to support their team.

The Residence Manager provides strategic oversight and organizational advocacy for both their team and their program. They are in charge of long-term planning, allocating resources, and overseeing the overall operations of their program.
