Our Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ICF/IID) is a special residence for ten individuals who need additional care and support from our PJC staff. These individuals have intermittent recurring needs for clinical and nursing services.
Typically, these patients do not need full-time hospital care but require assistance with medication, activities of daily living, physical mobility, and meal preparation. It is Communal style living.
