Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and drive strategic initiatives in talent management and organizational development. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, implementing HR best practices, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires a candidate who will maintain a balance between the needs of the individual employees and organizational success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
5+ years’ experience working in a Human Resource Department.
3+years’ experience working in a Human Resource leadership position.
Proficiency in computer skills. Ability to logically examine and interpret information from various sources to develop a course of action.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The following duties are essential to the role. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Ensure the company complies with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Update and maintain employee handbooks, contracts, guides, and other HR documents.
Keep accurate and confidential records.
Ensure the agency’s adherence to applicable Human Resources-related regulations, statutes, and agency and OPWDD policies and procedures.
Work closely with the CEO and CFO to support the agency's mission and vision by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions and analyzing information and applications.
Execute Human Resources plans by establishing departmental responsibilities, including staff, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, employee relations, retention, and labor relations.
Create and implement employee relations policies to help increase employees’ job satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: $70,000
