Paul J. Cooper Center for Human Services take pride in what we as a community have achieved together since our founding in 1971. We have more than a half-century of experience serving the most vulnerable across Central Brooklyn, including Brownsville, Ocean Hill, and Bedford-Stuyvesant. Currently, we are best known for our ground-breaking work with developmentally disabled adults, which is a 24/7 undertaking. With new leadership, we are carrying forth the vision to respond to the needs and conditions of our communities with an expanded portfolio of programs.
